How to make a freedom of information (FOI) or subject access request

Find out how you can request information from NHS Improvement.

The Information Commissioner's Office publishes advice on how to make an information request.

  1. Before making a request, check to see if we have already answered the question:

You can also email to request access to information we hold about you (a ‘subject access request’), but you will need to pay £10 for these requests. We will respond within 40 days of receiving your request and payment.
