Cancellations not rebooked within 24hrs

    There is a daily requirement to report (non-clinical) theatre same-day cancellations, that have not been rescheduled within 24hrs from the cancellation.

    This must be reported by 11am every day. As a result, it would not be possible to accurately report on cancellations that may have been cancelled after 11am the day before.

    So...should we be reporting, today (Wednesday), the number of operations cancelled on Monday that were not rescheduled within 24hrs? As opposed to today, reporting on Tuesday's operations cancelled that were not rescheduled?
