ACT Academy Biennial Conference

The conference will include a series of talks and breakout sessions from expert speakers responsible for and committed to developing a culture of continuous improvement and others who may be tackling the massive changes required of health and care services.

Participants will be able to find out how some organisations and health systems are spreading improvement skills on an industrial scale. They will hear how senior leaders in STPs and ICSs are putting tried and tested academic theory into practice to face up to and implement large scale system-wide change.

Registrations have now closed.
