With input from a design group comprised of NHS staff and members of the whistleblowing community, we are piloting this scheme to provide tailored support for around 10 whistleblowers with applying for new roles.
The scheme will offer a range of support including coaching, redeployment support, outplacement support, practical and psychological support, training, work placements, shadowing and mentoring.
