About the offer

This practical resource offers experience from those that have travelled the journey already, in the hope of supporting and encouraging other mental health trusts or any healthcare provider wishing to improve its services. 

We initially partnered with nine mental health trusts who are at different stages of their improvement journeys to create a sustainable model that reflects the challenges and the lessons learned from setbacks, as well as from successful innovations and improvements. We are delighted that additional mental health trusts and other stakeholders are continuing to contribute their learning and expertise. 

Our experience is that working alongside those who use services, their families and carers is the starting point and priority throughout any improvement journey and this resource reflects this co-productive philosophy throughout.
