We require an exceptional and dedicated leader who can support the development and delivery of our route map to different ways of working as a system. A key role will be holding the respective partner organisations to account in their commitment to deliver our response to the Long Term Plan across all Providers, CCGs, Local Authorities and other key stakeholders in the BSW System.

Acting as an Independent Chair to the STP board you will ensure that the necessary decisions are made in finding the best balance between healthy constructive debates whilst ensuring progress towards system wide objectives are agreed. You will be required to engage and influence stakeholders within the local system and to challenge system leaders in the provision of effective shared leadership.
