Nominate a Midlands and East Red2Green champion

Nominate a colleague for our upcoming Red2Green champion awards. We want to hear about NHS staff who have made a difference using Red2Green.

We've created the Red2Green champion awards to recognise and celebrate the achievements and commitment of individuals who have championed the Red2Green approach in the Midlands and East.

We'd like you to nominate an individual who you think would merit a Red2Green champion award. Tell us about the support they provide and how they have made a difference using Red2Green. Perhaps they've provided high quality care or helped improve a NHS patient's quality of life.

The deadline for nominations is noon on 5 May 2017.

Who can be nominated?

Any individual working in  clinical or non-clinical roles can be nominated for a Red2Green champion award. Self-nominations will not be accepted to ensure fairness.

Nominations can come from:

  • a patient, visitor or a member of the public
  • a colleague, peers or managers working in the NHS
  • an organisation

How we'll judge the nominations

All entries will be shortlisted and then judged by an independent panel. The decision of the judging panel is final and will based on the information provided on the nomination form.

The award celebration event

The Red2Green champion awards will be presented at our Red2Green celebration event in Birmingham on the 18 May 2017.
