If being a non-executive director appeals to you, you’ll need to demonstrate recent substantial experience at senior or Board level, with a proven track record in delivering top quarterly staff satisfaction within their sector and experienced in organisational development. Personal accountability for staff communications in an executive role would be preferable, as would experience within the IT or Data industries so as to have an understanding of these issues to bring to our Board.
