Revised friends and family test guidance

We have published revised guidance on using the friends and family test to improve patient experience, following nine months of consultations with healthcare professionals and the public.

Changes will take effect from Wednesday 1 April 2020 — find out what is changing and what you need to do.

Unsung Hero Awards — just a few weeks left to nominate your colleagues

These awards recognise and honour non-clinical staff, teams and volunteers who go above and beyond the call of duty for the NHS. It’s a great opportunity for you to shine a light on the hard work and commitment of people who are vital to your organisation but are sometimes overlooked.
