Join us at our interactive workshop and provide feedback on our new website, developed to make it easier for you to access ideas, learnings and resources from others, and to share your own. The new features include:

- new features and functionality designed to enable greater collaboration

- changes to help you search for information more easily and with greater security
We’re holding the workshop on Tuesday, 17 January between 10am-1.30pm at our offices in London. We’ll capture all your comments and feedback to ensure the site is as comprehensive as possible.

From NHS England: free online improvement course
NHS England is running a new free online course in the principles of health and care improvement and delivered in the form of learning resources.
From the Department of Health (DH): central alerting system (CAS) guidance on the use of antiviral medicines
DH is encouraging medical directors to share with staff this CAS alert which provides advice on the prescribing and supply of antiviral medicines for the prevention and treatment of influenza with staff. The advice recommends that it is appropriate for antiviral medicines to be prescribed for people presenting with flu-like illness in line with regulations that govern the prescribing and supply of antiviral medicines in the community and current NICE guidance.

DH’s visitor and migrant NHS cost recovery programme is recruiting to form a CRST, a small group of highly-experienced and skilled NHS staff who will give NHS providers with on and off-site bespoke and intensive support to improve their overseas visitor identification and cost recovery processes.
