The DNA of Care project captures the experiences of staff through digital stories, exploring the intertwined relationship between patient care and staff wellbeing, and the part they play in shaping organisational cultures.

This pack of tools from NHS Employers and Patient Voices supports you to implement changes in the workplace that create a more comfortable and supportive environment, for staff and patients.
