Learning disability improvement grab guides
Our improvement grab guides will support providers to improve the care they deliver for people with learning disabilities, autism or both.
Our grab guides have been created in partnership with trusts to promote shared learning across the NHS — the production of each guide has been facilitated by the rights-based organisation Changing our Lives.
The guides have a variety of uses — from informing patients about their care on admission, to health promotion and for educational purposes.
